Paul Fenner, CFP®, EA
I started this firm the day my triplets were born.
Before that, I spent my career in corporate finance and operations, ending as CFO of a private equity firm. I lived the same season my families live now. Career decisions, a layoff, and kids arriving faster than the planning could keep up. I have been where you are.
I also watched smart, high-earning families around me manage four separate professionals. A financial advisor. A tax preparer. An insurance agent. An estate attorney. Every one of them was doing their job. Nobody was doing the whole job.
That is the job I built this firm to do.
When our youngest, Mackenzie, arrived, the firm became TAMMA, named for my wife, Theresa, and our four kids. The name stands for family, however you define yours. I am a father of triplets, plus one. I know what this season of life costs in time, money, and attention. My family's name is on the door.
One relationship instead of four
At TAMMA, planning and taxes sit in the same conversation, not in separate offices. I prepare most of our families' tax returns myself. I also coordinate your insurance, estate plan, retirement accounts, and college funding. When something changes in your life, one phone call adjusts everything that needs adjusting. That only works at a certain size. TAMMA stays intentionally small, and I know every family I serve.
What working together looks like
Every fall, we sit down for a full planning conversation, timed so tax moves still count for the current year. Each month, you get a personal Compass note covering what is open, what is done, and what is coming. Every part of your plan, at every life stage, has a season, and the Playbook lays out the full year.
